Descripción Del Trabajo

Responsible for the identification and delivery of efficiency gains, cost savings and improvement opportunities in Carbon, Energy, Utilities and Waste, in all Operations, R&D and Commercial locations, supporting delivery of ConvaTec’s Environmental Strategy and Business Objectives.

Manage the development and delivery of Corporate Environmental Policies, Procedures and Working Practices aligned with ConvaTec’s Business needs.

Provide technical guidance and leadership, supporting the realisation of improvement opportunities, savings & environmental objectives, along with ensuring the local teams demonstrate compliance with both company and local legislative requirements.

Demonstrate a collaborative approach with the Site based teams, Operations, Corporate and Commercial Stakeholders, establishing robust Management Systems meeting Corporate Objectives.

Achieve objectives through the use of effective Project Management, communication, matrix structures and management systems, delivering the required activities to a consistently high standard, ensuring continued compliance and customer satisfaction.

Demonstrate a flexible approach and support colleagues in all locations ensuring the effective utilisation of the available resources.

  • Identify environmental performance improvement and cost savings opportunities associated with Carbon, Energy, Utilities & Waste management.
  • Support delivery of the Environmental Strategy and cost savings in a timely and cost-effective manner, across all locations
  • Provide effective leadership to support delivery of the Carbon, Energy, Utilities & Waste projects and Programmes, ensuring legislative compliance and meeting corporate requirements
  • Collaborate with the site-based personnel, Operations, Commercial and Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) teams to ensure the local environmental programmes are aligned with Corporate Objectives and performance targets
