Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Santo Domingo. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, conducting product presentations, and closing sales deals. The role involves meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. The Salesperson will also be expected to participate in sales meetings, collaborate with the marketing team, and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation, Closing Sales, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the machinery or automotive industry is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English is beneficial
