Descripción Del Trabajo

Requirements:

· Bachelor Diploma or above qualification in Mechanical, Electronic, Electric, Mechatronic Engineering or other technical related preferred over Industrial Engineering.

· Work experience: 1–3 years of assembly production supervisory work experience in goods manufacturing enviroment.· Self-driven.

· ISO 14000 Environmental Management System.

· ISO 9000 Quality Management System.

· Total Productive Maintenance.

· Train the Trainer

· Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt/Black Belt

· Internal audit

· Plastic or other products assembly.

· Supervision techniques.

· Performance motivation.

· Lean, waste reduction and Kaizen concepts.

· Safety.

· OTIF (On time in Full).

· Absenteeism management.

· Productivity.

· Scrap reduction.

· Downtime.

· 7S

· 4M analysis process (Man, Machine, Methods, Material)

· Root cause analysis & problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 8D,DMAIC,etc)

· SAP Knowledge (desirable).

· Basic Statistical Tools

· English language

· Microsoft office (Power Point, Excel, Word,etc)
