The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

 

Human Resources Managers set the tone for the entire HR Department. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR Department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly and the responsibilities for the Manager include:

● Job Descriptions: Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all government laws.

● Recruitment: Following the recruiting diagram process, developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies alongside recruiters (KPI ́s) . Participate in special positions in the interview process as a filter, suggesting the best candidates to fill company needs.

● Onboarding: Conducts a new hire onboarding process in their base site to ensure that new hires are provided with the necessary tools to understand company culture, process and procedures and understand their job responsibilities. ( welcome diagram process to the new hires).

● Legal Compliance: Ensure organization’s compliance with country laws and regulations. Control all legal governmental reports are submitted on time.

● Conflict Resolution: Investigate employees issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.

● Employee Records: Audit and ensure employee records are kept up to date.

● Communication: Plan, monitor and appraise HR activities by scheduling management meetings with employees, hearing and resolving employees grievances, training managers to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors.

● Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program

● Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program

● Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures

● Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

● Maintaining affirmative action programs

● Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads

● Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling

● Overseeing exit interviews

● Maintaining department records and reports

● Participating in administrative staff meetings

● Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

● Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

● 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.

● Excellent writing skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Softwares.

● Recruitment experience

● Experience in security and health proyects

PREFERRED SKILLS

● Native English

● Good organizational and time management skills

● Good listening skills

● Ability to work as a team

● Conflict resolution proven background preferred

● Works well under pressure
